This is a great video on weather and aviation.  It's about 2 hours long but well worth it.  I learned some things that I didn't see in my aviation weather books and it also takes some things we know and have learned but gives examples of how to apply that knowledge.

For instance, you have your weather map up showing the millibar zones, how can you look at that and not only tell which way the wind is going, but also where it's most windy?  Just looking at the millibars...

How do you know when it's safe to fly above the weather?

How do you know when the weather is on the verge of turning IMC when you're mid-flight and don't have weather updates?
