SATURDAY June 11th Plane Fun Work Session - YOUR HELP NEEDED

2016 Plane Fun Work Session TOMORROW June 11th
 
ATTENTION ALL EAA Chapter 582 Members:

I need your help... Your Chapter needs your help...

2016 Plane Fun is coming up in 8 days. Tomorrow Saturday June 11th we will be at the hanger working on setting up our equipment for the event.  We have repairs to make and setup to do.  We need your help. This event is very important to our Chapter and our Hanger.
Solely this event is our largest fund raiser for the year. It is also our largest Young Eagles event for the year and it is also our largest members fellowship and fun event for the year.
YOUR PARTICIPATION IS WHAT MAKES THIS A GREAT EVENT!!!

PLANES, FLYING, FOOD, KIDS, FAMILY, FUN and MISCHIEF... PLANE FUN HAS IT ALL!

We need volunteers to help make this years event run smoothly. Please come out to the meetings and offer your ideas and help to make sure Chapter 582 has a successful 2016 Plane Fun.
The meeting will be in the Tom Walsh Library in the EAA Chapter 582 Hanger.

PLANNING SESSIONS:

• Saturday June 11th 10 am
• Tuesday June 14th 6 pm
• Friday June 17th - HATH and Plane Fun Set-up and Kick off
• The planning meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m. and be over by 7:30 p.m.

Your attendance is earnestly solicited.
Please help your Chapter "we need you and your ideas"

Call me if you can't make it but can help out in any way on Saturday or Sunday of Father's Day Weekend. June 18th and June 19th.
