Just an important message regarding all the Facebook users. If you are not aware, our EAA Chapter 582 Facebook page has received quite a few new viewers. I continuously monitor and respond to all the comments and questions regarding the activities on our webpage, visit;

Each month I will be changing the “Cover Picture” representing one of our members airplanes. If you would like to see your beautiful aircraft shared on the cover of our Facebook page just send me your favorite picture of your aircraft. It can be a still shot or an active flying air to air shot. If you do not have a picture, just send me a note asking me to arrange a photo to be taken of your aircraft. If I receive several monthly requests, we will pull from a drawing and the winner will be presented the Cover Picture. Once you submit a picture, it will remain in the drawing box until it is either drawn or you wish to have your picture removed from the drawing. If I receive several entry’s I will be posting a new picture WEEKLY. So send me those pictures and let your aircraft be seen!

This week I had little input for the Facebook Cover story Sooooooo, I did something a little different. I belong to several forums, discussions and facebook sites dealing with the type of flying I'm most interested in. This week particularly I reached out to those other sources for some input and interest in Ski Plane Flying. And I  will tell you, there is not enough room to list all the information out there. Everything from local field fly ins to Alaskan dependant flying for survival. Some of the most interesting people flying in some of the most remote territories fly their planes as normal as you and I jumping in our car or truck and running to the store for a gallon of milk.
